What do we know about the Hippo?
According to wikipedia:
The hippopotamus, or common hippopotamus, is a large, mostly herbivorous, semiaquatic mammal and ungulate native to sub-Saharan Africa. It is one of only two extant species in the family Hippopotamidae, the other being the pygmy hippopotamus. The name comes from the ancient Greek for “river horse”.
In many countries it is called river horse. Like for example in Hungarian: víziló . It is exact translation of water horse.
What we do know also is that it’s jaw is extremely strong,they can run fast and they are even better swimmers.
